More Backgammon Variations

If you already have a backgammon board and the rest of the backgammon equipment, and, for a change, you don't feel like playing backgammon, you can play all sorts of backgammon variations. Starting from children games such as the middle eastern classic "Eureika" through the Russian backgammon variation "Narde" to ancient Roman game "Tabula" and more. 

One of the thing I like about backgammon, is the fact that it is played all over the world for already thousands of years. It has different names, different sets of rules, in some variations it can be played with more than two players, in others it becomes a pure game of luck, but at the end, all the games are backgammon variations.
