Backgammon Winnings
The player who bears off all her checkers first wins. The 1 point awarded to her is multiplied by the value shown by the Doubling Cube (note: a value of 64 shows that the game has not been doubled, so it counts as 1).
A "gammon" (where the losing player has not been able to bear off a single checker) counts double.
If, in addition, the losing player has any checker or checkers in the winner's home board or on the bar, this is a "backgammon" and the game counts as a triple.
Local rules may restrict the overall multiplying factor that can be applied.
