Backgammon Game with a Twist
Some ideas and additions to backgammon rules to make your game more interesting or simply more variant....
Even if you are a huge fan of backgammon and you like the game just as it is, adding some changes can improve your playing experience. And you thought it couldn't get any better! 
Some examples to alternative/additional backgammon rules:
- How can you tempt an inferior player to play backgammon for money? Suggest that no matter what each of you rolls, the opening is his...
- Do you know these backgammon players who bitch about their unlucky dice, or worse, brag about their blessed hands that shake the dice? If you are up against one of those, offer them that every player would shake and roll the dice of his opponent.
- And if you are really serious about backgammon and you want to make sure that you are not the only one, you can add the "rollout rule", according to which each player can make his opponent roll over only once throughout the game.
