Backgammon and Weed go together?

Seattle tried to be Bearne, Switzerland, for one weekend and to allow people to smoke weed and play backgammon during the Hempfest 2007. Do backgammon and weed go together?

In Bearne, Switzerland, people who gather around in public places to smoke marijuana and play backgammon is a common sight, says radio host Rick Steves , who had recently visited the 2007 Hempfest, which took place in Myrtle Edwards Park, Seattle. 

It's funny, because I don't automatically associate playing backgammon with smoking weed. But, hey, what do I know? What do you think?
